Biography
Libby has a Bachelor of Applied Science – Conservation of Cultural Materials from the University of Canberra specialising in paper conservation and has completed an internship in paper conservation with The University Of Melbourne Art Conservation Service. She is responsible for conservation treatment of all types of work on paper and has a special interest in parchment and transparent papers. Libby has been working with the CCMC since 2002. She has previously worked at the National Archives of Australia in both Canberra and Melbourne, and has completed short-term placements at Museum Victoria. In 2004, Libby completed a seven-month Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development project on the Island of Bohol in the Philippines looking at Spanish colonial church archives.
